Reservation Request
READ ME BEFORE YOU USE THE FORM BELOW.
- Please note that on Friday's, Saturday's and Holidays we are 21 and up after midnight. Anyone who is not 21 will have to leave at midnight regardless of the reservation and when they arrived. Your children are exempt.
- Please enter the max number of guests you think you may have.
- Remember that our business hours are from 6:00PM until 4:00AM. Therefore if you make a reservation for Friday at 1:00AM, you are coming in Friday night...not Saturday. So for us, 1:00AM is the same day it was at 11:00PM.
- You will receive either an email confirmation or an email listing possible alternatives. There is a lot of information on the confirmation which will help you have an outstanding experience at Family. Please read it completely.
- If you are running late, please call 469.522.0365. However, this does not change your ending time.
- Please keep in mind that we guarantee 2 hours, but if you are late, your lateness cuts into your two hours, if your room has another reservation at your scheduled end-time.
- Remember that we do not open until 6:00PM. If you make a same-day reservation in the morning, you will not receive a response until after 6:00.
- For same day reservations that are made for 6:00PM, please just come in as we typically have plenty of open rooms from 6:00PM - 8:00PM daily.
